Policy as used in production process of metal products for automotive manufacturing industry and general use, machinery and steel constructions is realized via Management System conformant with ISO/TS 16949:2009 technical specification and the international ISO 14001:2009 normative act.
VISION
„Postęp” S.A. Metalworks, aiming at manufacturing of metal products of highest quality, shall develop in the direction of meeting or foreseeing the relevant customer expectations as well as any and all statutory and legal requirements in order to improve the processes efficiency.
MISSION
Our goal is an enterprise functioning effectively and flexibly, ever better at meeting the customers’ requirements and expectations as well as these of its employees and owners, aiming at minimizing thee negative toll it might have on the natural environment..
The quality policy is realized basing upon the following:
- Development of marketing activity aimed at obtaining new customers and broadening the range of products manufactured
- Quick adaptation to market demands in implementation processes
- Continuous technical and organizational refinement
- Rational resources management
- Close cooperation with both customers and suppliers
- Systematic raising of employees’ qualifications
- Development of integrated quality and environment management system
- Identification and actions undertaken with respect to important environmental aspects of its activity, including questions such as:
- Improvement of effectiveness of materials usage, with special attention paid to steel and oils, energy and water
- Limiting the production of or re-using waste and packaging
- Maintaining conformance with current regulations concerning natural environment protection and any and all environmental regulations
The Management of „Postęp” S.A. Metalworks does hereby take all the responsibility for realization of the current Policy and ensures that it has been understood, implemented and used on all the levels of organization. .
